يحق للعميل فتح وفحص الشحنة عند الاستلام أمام المندوب مع عدم وجود تجزئة.

يجب تقديم طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الأوردر.
●
أي منتج يظهر عليه علامات استخدام أو تلف لن يتم قبول المرتجع.
●
نحتفظ بحق رفض أي طلب لا يفي بالشروط.
●
يتم استرداد المبلغ في حالة الاسترجاع من خلال انستاباي أو فودافون كاش من 5–7 أيام بعد استلام الاوردر من شركه الشحن.
●
يرجي ملاحظة ان في حالة الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع، يتم احتساب رسوم إضافية قدرها 15 جنيه فوق سعر الشحن الأساسي.
●
يرجى العلم أنه في حالة تأكيد الطلب وعدم استلامه ، تلتزم العميلة بسداد تكلفة الشحن.

Customers can inspect the package upon delivery.

Exchange or return within 24 hours.

Cash on Delivery (COD): You will receive your refund via Instapay or Vodafone Cash within 5–7 days after the returned order is received back at our warehouse.

In case of exchange or return, an additional fee of 15 EGP will be charged on top of the original shipping cost.

Please note that if the order is confirmed and not received, the customer is obligated to pay the shipping cost.
