Refund policy
You can return your items and exchange them, considering the following
سياسة الشحن والاسترجاع 💕
يحق للعميل فتح وفحص الشحنة عند الاستلام أمام المندوب فقط.
(ملاحظة: الفحص فقط – لا يُسمح بتجربة المنتجات).
بعد مغادرة المندوب، يمكن للعميل طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 24 ساعة من وقت الاستلام.
يشترط أن تكون المنتجات في حالتها الأصلية: غير مستخدمة، غير مُرتداة، وبكامل التغليف الأصلي.
الاستبدال يكون لنفس القطعة فقط (نفس المنتج)، ولا يُسمح بالتغيير إلى منتج مختلف.
لا يُسمح بتجزئة الطلب في حالة الاسترجاع.
في حالة الدفع كاش عند الاستلام: يتم رد المبلغ من 5-7 أيام عمل.
يتم رد المبالغ المستردة بعد الانتهاء من فحص الجودة.
يرجى ملاحظة أن خدمة العملاء ستتواصل معكم قبل الشحن لتأكيد البيانات، وفي حال عدم الرد سيتم إلغاء الطلب.
يرجي ملاحظة ان في حالة الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع، يتم احتساب رسوم إضافية قدرها 15 جنيه فوق سعر الشحن الأساسي.
Shipping & Return Policy 💕
Customers are allowed to open and inspect the package upon delivery in front of the courier only.
(Note: Inspection only – trying the products is not allowed.)
After the courier leaves, customers can request an exchange or return within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Products must be in their original condition: unused, unworn, and with the original packaging.
Exchanges are only allowed for the same item (same product). Changing to a different product is not allowed.
Partial returns are not allowed.
For Cash on Delivery payments, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
For Visa or electronic wallet payments, refunds will be processed within 20 business days using the same payment method used during checkout.
Refunds are issued after the product passes the quality inspection.
Please note that our customer service team will contact you before shipping to confirm the order details. If there is no response, the order will be cancelled.
In case of exchange or return, an additional fee of 15 EGP will be charged on top of the original shipping cost.
